An 18-month, four-residency (first is fall of 2020 at Ben Lomond Center in California) providing participants an extended experience of deepening understandings of the importance of Scriptural Literacy, Spiritual Disciplines, Authentic Spiritual Community, and Historical Gratefulness in the Quaker faith tradition. Our language is Christian, though we recognize that human language can never fully express the reality of the Divine and all vocabularies are welcome. Leaders are Deborah Fisch, Deborah Shaw, and Lloyd Lee Wilson.

2019 SCYM Annual Sessions will take place April 18-21 at Greene Family Camp, Bruceville, TX. This year's theme is Knowing, Being, Doing . Workshops will focus on Knowing and Doing while the overarching theme will be about Being (turning inward to the Light), from the queries in the Home Groups, Epistles that are read, Worship Sharing as well as much attention to Worship in general.
We invite you to offer a workshop on Knowing (something you are passionate about) or Doing (an activity that you are doing or aware of) that inspires your life. Contact Rich Corl at workshops@scym.org. Workshop Deadline: If you would like to offer a workshop, please submit a written description of your topic and include your space and equipment needs. Please send your information to workshops@scym.org. We must have your submission NO LATER THAN MARCH 8th for consideration.

Workshop for the FGC Gathering 2019, Peace in Our Hearts. Justice in the World, to held be under the care of SCYM from June 30 to July 8, 2019 in Grinnell, Iowa have been selected. A committee of SCYM Friends and others worked tirelessly over a weekend in November to choose the very best workshops from the many excellent ones submitted.
